Protect a Domain with ZeroSSL

You can learn in this article how to protect a domain with the ZeroSSL Protection Add-on.

  • Issue a Certificate through ZeroSSL

Before you can use this feature, you need to have at least one certificate issued with ZeroSSL.

You can only protect domains, where you issued a certificate for through ZeroSSL. You cannot watch third party domains by design, as you need to be the owner of the domain.

  • Add domain to ZeroSSL Protection

There are two ways how you can add your domains to ZeroSSL Protection.

    Protection Page Certificate List

You can search for your domains in the pop-up, and add them to ZeroSSL Protect.

  • Monitor your domain on the ZeroSSL Protection Dashboard

You can now start monitoring the results of the ZeroSSL Protection scans & reports. Depending on your access levels, you can explore different elements within the Dashboard.
