SSL for Free and ZeroSSL

What is the difference between SSL For Free and ZeroSSL?

As of May 2020, SSL For Free (https://www.sslforfree.com) has become part of ZeroSSL. When you register with SSL For Free, you'll be redirected to the ZeroSSL website to issue your SSL certificates.

I registered on sslforfree.com, does that change anything?

Moving forward, you can use either SSL For Free or ZeroSSL to log in to the platform.

Are there any disadvantages for SSL For Free Accounts?

No, you'll experience the same service as any other ZeroSSL customer. Essentially, you have a ZeroSSL account; you just accessed it through a different portal. We've chosen to maintain sslforfree.com because it's a well-known and respected brand in the SSL certificate industry.
